Joey’s Kitchen has just opened their NEW location in The Napili Plaza Shopping Center, in Napili, Hawaii. Chef Joey Macadangdang may be well known for his amazing culinary talents at Roy’s Ka’anapali, and at his successful “Joey’s Kitchen Kaanapali”, but now he has opened his newest restaurant in Napili Plaza, featuring the best Filipino dishes your taste buds have ever experienced! Filipino foods are often recognized with Hawaiian Regional Cuisine and Chef Joey has created his own Filipino Fusion with Joey’s Kitchen!! What can you expect to find at Joey’s Kitchen? Fresh Island Fish and Filipino favorites like Pancit, Embutido, Lumpia and more! A casual dining experience on Maui’s famous Kaanapali Beach!!

In an interview with MauiTime, Macadangdang says some of his other dishes you should try are the bulgogi beef hoagie roll, with slaw, Swiss cheese, kimchee and Datu Puti Miso; the Huli Huli Chicken plate; and the JK’s Ramen with poached egg and spiced pork belly. All of his pinoy dishes are inspired by local cuisine and authentic. Eventually he will pull the local farms in to complete his local farm to table approach.
