If you’re planning a trip to Lana‘i, you have to come and experience the fun at Lanai Pine Sporting Clays. The excitement of breaking sporting clays is contagious and can be enjoyed by everyone at Lana‘i Pine Sporting Clays. This course is designed to entice beginners and challenge experts. First-timers are fitted with a shotgun for weight and size to minimize recoil. Shooting instructions will provide pointers on the sport of clay pigeon shooting, along with gun safety awareness. Regardless of age, size, or skill level, you’ll experience the thrill of hitting targets in no time!

Shooters enjoy the challenge of different sporting clay games, skeet, wobble trap and compact sporting. Experienced shooters will enjoy the diverse angles and target directions offered with six high towers. Test your skills at 14 stations where sporting clays are launched to simulate flight patterns of duck, quail, dove, pheasant and even rabbit running patterns.

If you want to challenge yourself with Archery, you’ll have a great time at our Archery Range. Lanai’s modern archery range offers the excitement and challenge of archery at its best. Anyone who can safely handle and draw a light bow will enjoy this medieval sport. The 12 station range of bright red, yellow and blue targets will be enjoyed by archers of all skill levels. Target set up ranges from 5 to 25 yards, depending on your skill. For an even more challenging experience, we now have 3D archery ranges where you can shoot at 3D statues, simulating such animals as wild turkey, sheep, deer and more…. The kids will enjoy shooting at 3D dinosaurs, alligators and birds. A great family experience…and lots of FUN!

Another great challenge for kids and adults is our high tech Air Rifle Gallery. Lanai’s Air Rifle Gallery will provide your entire family with a fun shooting experience. A variety of targets are set up at various distances to sharpen your shooting skills. There are six indoor stations, which utilize .177 air pellet rifles.

The grounds at Lana‘i Pine Sporting Clays also offers a large horseshoe throwing range! Fun for the whole family! Come have a picnic, shoot guns, shoot arrows, throw horseshoes, shoot air rifles and have a great time!!!

Lana‘i Pine Sporting Clays is managed by Dennis Rapp, a Level III instructor, the National Sporting Clays Association’s highest standing. Our skilled instructors will provide safety tips along with the basics, so you’re sure to have fun and be “on target” in no time. Our pro shop has all of our necessary equipment to ensure each shooter has a safe and comfortable experience. You can even purchase gifts and apparel to remember your adventure!!

Lana‘i Pine Sporting Clays is nestled in a 200-acre pine-wooded valley, overlooking Maui and Molokai. Spend a fun-filled day at the complex, which features three exciting shooting sports: Sporting Clays, Archery and Air Riflery. Round trip complimentary transportation is offered from the Lodge at Koele.
