Maui Brick Oven is proud to announce they’ve just been awarded their 4th Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor and will be showcased on The Award Winning TV show “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives”, airing on The Food Network June 30, 2017!! Amazing Food Getting the recognition it deserves!! Aloha!!!

Maui Brick Oven came about because two of the owners (who are also the chefs) were diagnosed with Celiac Disease (severe wheat allergy) last year. We discovered how hard it is to find a gluten free environment, so it was decided to turn this problem into a blessing for others.

Our patrons enjoy not simply great pizza, but our menu also offers a variety of other options – from appetizers to delicious entrees and desserts. Most everything is made from scratch and includes local, organic, and natural ingredients. We also feature daily specials.
