Village Cafe and Sweet Shoppe – Maui Hawaii

Village Cafe and Sweet Shoppe has beautiful views of the golf course, with the ocean in the distance. This is the former location of Vinos and Kapalua Cafe, in what is now called the Village Center at Kapalua Resort. The building also contains the Kapalua Logo Shop, Kapalua Adventures, and Kapalua Villas Reception.

Breakfast is available all day, with omelets, bagels & lox, and more. Also available all day are several appetizers and salads, a wide variety of burgers, and some sandwiches and wraps. Six entree choices are served at lunch and dinner. Besides the five desserts on the menu, there is an adjacent Sweet Shop with many more choices.

Stuart Katz is the owner of Village Cafe and Sweet Shop, and Romi is the manager. If either of them are in when you visit, they enjoy meeting the customers, so be sure to say Hi.

Sweet Paradise Chocolate – Hawaii Chocolate

Aloha and welcome to Sweet Paradise Chocolatier. We are located in beautiful Hawaii where there is an abundance of fresh tropical fruits, nuts and spices to create the most exquisite handmade chocolate confections. Sweet Paradise Master Chocolatier Melanie Boudar is a graduate of Ecole Chocolat of Vancouver, Canada , the Artisan Chocolate and Confection Program at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has studied with some of the finest artisan chocolate makers in North America.

Melanie Boudar Sweet Paradise currently has a retail store in the windward beach community of Kailua, Oahu and at the Lahaina Design Center in Lahaina Maui location with its newly opened walk-in counter and production kitchen. Also opening, a new retail location in the Wailea Gateway Center on Maui!

Come try a tasting flight of Hawaiian Grown Chocolate. Plans are currently underway to plant several acres in Cacao on the Big Island so that we can increase our own offering of organically grown Hawaiian chocolate. Click Here for a Brochure!
