Maui Pasta Company’s Waikapu Store is NOW OPEN! A new Take Out Window in Waikapu serves up hot lunches and dinners, along with all of your favorite cold, uncooked pastas, sauces, and baked goods! Come in for a hot plate of spaghetti and meatballs, some hot fresh lasagna, or pick up your Family Meal on your way home from work!

The store is open 10AM to 7PM Monday – Friday, and 10AM to 4PM on Saturdays.

Maui Pasta Company has also expanded to provide their pastas, ravioli, gnocchi, flavor-infused butters, sauces, and baked goods at local farmer’s markets on Maui, as well as a variety of stores throughout the island. Maui Brick Oven came about because two of the owners (who are also the chefs) were diagnosed with Celiac Disease (severe wheat allergy) last year. We discovered how hard it is to find a gluten free environment, so it was decided to turn this problem into a blessing for others.

Our patrons enjoy not simply great pizza, but our menu also offers a variety of other options – from appetizers to delicious entrees and desserts. Most everything is made from scratch and includes local, organic, and natural ingredients. We also feature daily specials.
