This top Maui chef formerly had David Paul’s Lahaina Grill on Lahainaluna Road, but he is no longer there, and that restaurant is now called Lahaina Grill. The new David Paul’s Island Grill is at the former location of Zuihau and of Sam Choy’s, near Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Hard Rock Cafe.

David Paul’s Island Grill, is open for dinner every day, and for lunch on weekdays. The decor is modern and gorgeous. In addition to the indoor seating, there is an open-air patio with great views of the ocean just across the street. Fashionable draw-down shades offer privacy and comfort. The Sunset Terrace can be closed off from the restaurant with options for a portable outdoor bar and food service station. Modular seating and adjustable lighting and music are also available.

LANAI LOUNGE
