Polynesian Village Luau – Maui Hawaii

ALOHA! Come & let me share my POLYNESIAN VILLAGE with you. As your Samoan Chief “FiaFia”, I am the official ambassador to your happiness here in Maui! Let us walk through Polynesian daily-life activities: coconut bowling, spear throwing, lei making, ukulele mele, wood carving, basket weaving, coconut demonstrations, and other local cultural displays not found anywhere else in Maui! Every night our village will cook island style local foods, including vegetarian choices and local favorites! Our entertainers offer live music & dance straight from their hearts. If you and your family are looking for the most memorable Maui experience, COME to my POLYNESIAN VILLAGE LUAU! AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER!
Polynesian Village Luau
My POLYNESIAN VILLAGE offers many activities that are guaranteed to excite & amuse all members of your family. Nowhere else on Maui can you find a POLYNESIAN VILLAGE that offers cultural demonstrations, interactive dance & play! Our fun includes complimentary Keiki shave ice, jumpy castle, Keiki drums, and Keiki hula pre-show, and crowd participation! Experience an activity that will last a lifetime.

Join us for a live IMU (hot earth oven) demonstration, Kava Ceremony, live drums, Polynesian songs, dance, and comedy from the hearts of “celebrity status” entertainers who will take you on a journey to visit ancient ways of the Pacific region. My POLYNESIAN VILLAGE LUAU will cook local favorites the traditional way – classic barbeque! My chefs will use locally grown products and provide you with Hawaii’s favorites, including Spam-musubi, local coconut drinks and heavenly sweet desserts! POLYNESIAN VILLAGE LUAU embraces our sacred and historical setting by supporting conservation of the Ko’ie’ie – an ancient fishpond located within close proximity to the Village and give special attention to the island located directly off shore, Kaho’olawe, a link to the Polynesian past. POLYNESIAN VILLAGE LUAU is your first and the last Luau to and from the airport.

MauiFEST Hawaii – Music, Art, Culture & Film

MauiFEST Hawaii - A Celebration of Music, Art, Culture & Film
MauiFEST Hawai’i is a Celebration of Music, Arts, Culture and Film.

Created by Maui filmmaker Kenneth K. Martinez Burgmaier, MauiFEST Hawaii showcases local entertainment and helps to preserve, perpetuate and promote Hawaii’s lost culture.

Because MauiFEST Hawaii attracts both residents and tourists, it provides a venue for increased interaction between these groups in the small communities where events are held.

MauiFEST events provide local clubs and cultural organizations a venue to raise money by providing them a free tent/space to sell items of their choice, thus providing entrepreneurial opportunities for local residents.

Kenneth K. Martinez Burgmaier and his MauiFEST Ohana will provide the expertise needed to make these grass-roots efforts a truly community-based initiative and will bring tourists & visitors to our most isolated communities.

With 8 successful years of popular Film Festivals in Hana, Lanai, Molokai & Lahaina, MauiFEST Hawaii is gearing up for another year of Aloha in 2011!
