A true family owned-and operated cafe Mama’s features fresh hearty rotisserie chickens and baby back pork ribs marinated in their family recipe sauces which have been handed down for generations. Huge portions of great tasting homemade specials.

Other dishes include vegetarian spinach lasagna, tender pot roast, home-made beef stew, beef chili, barbecue pork sandwiches, chicken caesar and garden salads.

Side dishes made fresh daily include creamy cole slaw, island-style macaroni salad, barbecue baked beans simmered with chunks of bacon and bits of onions. Red potato salad, feta roma penne pasta salad and an Italian mushroom tri-rotini pasta salad.
